Sari Ferreira 

Co-Founder, Director

Sari Ferreira is the Founder and Director of FRAME Talent Management. Her career spans professional performance, choreography, movement direction, creative direction and artist development, with experience across film, television, music, fashion and live entertainment.

Her credits include Amazon Prime, CAMILLA, Optus, Cricket Australia, Hungry Jack’s, Panasonic, ABC Television and The Great Gatsby, alongside creative work for recording artists and major live events.

As Co-Founder of The Hub Performing Arts Centre, Sari has spent years developing emerging performers and building pathways between training and professional industry.

FRAME is the natural evolution of that work — connecting exceptional artists with the people and opportunities that can move their careers forward.

Laura Kopilovic

Co-Founder, Director

Laura Kopilovic is Co-Founder and Director of FRAME Talent Management, bringing extensive experience across professional performance, performer development and creative leadership. Having completed five years of contracts with Princess Cruises, Laura has first-hand experience of the demands, discipline and expectations of working professionally in large-scale live entertainment.

As Co-Founder of The Hub Performing Arts Centre, she has spent years developing emerging artists and helping performers build the skills, confidence and direction required to move into the industry.

At FRAME, Laura brings that practical experience into a highly personal approach to representation — championing individual strengths and helping artists navigate opportunities with clarity and intention.

Amenah Khalil

Amenah brings a strong background in performer development, coaching and artist support to FRAME. With experience working closely with emerging talent, she brings an organised, people-focused approach to the agency and supports both artists and the wider FRAME team across day-to-day operations and opportunities.
